Dr Martens have recently launched their #StandForSomething tour and the Buckinghamshire rockers Young Guns recently appeared in Bristol to just a lucky 100 fans for an electric live show. I am a big fan of Young Guns and reviewed their debut album Bones last year, which then made my favourite albums of 2012 list.
In aid of the name of the tour, frontman Gus Wood was asked what Young Guns stand for. He replied: “People can do whatever they want if they’re willing to put their head down and work for it. For me at least, that’s very much what the band is about: it’s shown me the meaning of working hard and being passionate about something that you love. That’s really important.”
The video below is their performance of their biggest single to date and title track of their album, Bones. Enjoy!
